1. Promotion Overview  

This promotion offers eligible renters one (1) month of free rent, applied to the second month of tenancy, for leases signed with Local Residential Pty Ltd during the month of September.

2. Eligibility  

The promotion is available to new renters who sign a lease with Local Residential Pty Ltd between September 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024.

The lease must be for a minimum of 13 months or longer to qualify for this offer.

3. Free Month of Rent  

The free rent will be applied to the second month of the lease.

The rental amount for the first month and all subsequent months (except for the second month) will be payable as per the signed lease agreement.

4. Tenant Screening  

All applicants will be subject to Local Residential Pty Ltd’s standard tenant screening process, which includes background checks, reference checks, and credit assessments.

Approval for this promotion does not guarantee acceptance of a rental application.

5. Limitations  

This promotion is valid for one free month per eligible tenancy, and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers.

The promotion applies to the rent only and does not include other costs such as utilities, maintenance fees, or parking.

6. General Conditions  

Local Residential Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.

In the event of early lease termination, any benefits from the promotion, including the free month of rent, may be revoked and subject to repayment.
