Our resident app, email updates and on-site team will keep you up to date on everything that's happening!
We'll also use the app to notify about products and additional offerings like apartment cleaning and handy man services.
Once your lease is confirmed, you will recieve information on how to book your move in time via the resident portal as well as move in maps showing you the best lift to use to access your apartment, details on what to do if you have a removalist helping you out, and who to contact if you have any questions.
On arrival we will show you to your apartment and make sure you know where you're going and we will reserve a lift just for you to get you in that bit faster.
We don't have any lifting equipment or staff available to help you move, but if you do need an extra set of hands, our friends over at Man with a Van have provided an exclusive offer for Local: Kensington residents which you will receive along with all your welcome information.
You sure do! All apartments come with a fridge, washing maching and clothes dryer, dishwasher, induction cooktop, electric oven and split system heating and cooling.
We do have furnished apartments available for rent with furniture by our mates at Koala if you'd rather save yourself the hassle!
If you're looking for new furniture, Koala have an exclusive offer for Local: Kensington residents which we'll share with you with your welcome information.
All the shared spaces are included in your rent! Some of our spaces can be booked out, so if you want a particular space at a particular time, best to book it via the resident app.
Once your lease has been approved, you'll be directed to the Resident Portal to set up your monthly rental payments via your choice of direct debit or credit card (fees apply).
To let our on-site maintenance team know that you have an issue, simply open the Resident App and log a maintenance request. You'll be kept informed of the job's progress and notified once it's complete.
Apartment cleaning services are available. We can help you arrange this before you move in, or if you decide you'd like to add it on regularly or just as a once off, you can do so via the Resident App.
