Local Kensington – Construction Update 1
It is all systems go at Kensington!
350 Macaulay Road has been a hive of activity. We have collectively spent 30,000 hours on-site with an average of 60 workers every day and there are three tower cranes on-site in full swing.
In Stage 1, we have achieved significant milestones. The waterproofing works are complete, and the basement slabs are now in the final stages of being poured. The basement walls are built, and we will soon begin the upward construction on three of the six buildings.
Meanwhile, in Stage 2, the basement excavation works are in full swing and will reach a final depth of 2.6 metres. If you’re struggling to visualise how tall that makes it, just picture an elephant!
We’ll keep you updated with Kensington’s progress as we work to deliver our flagship project, built with sustainability and social consciousness at its core.
