These towers will sit atop SKY SQR, a new food, beverage, lifestyle and retail precinct by Golden Age Group, the team that introduced Melbourne the delights of restaurants like Hu Tong Dumpling Bar and Mr.Bo. Did we mention that they’re also the group behind the Crown Casino based karaoke bar, Ocean 12?

    Local is working directly with registered housing providers to supply a portion of our homes to
    - women over 55 and at risk of homelessness
    - key workers who are essential to our communities
    - those in need of specialist disability accommodation who don’t currently have suitable homes.
    We call this ‘impact housing’.
